Can One Thermoforming Machine Produce Multiple Cup Sizes?

Yes. Cup size is determined by the mould, not the machine frame.

HENGFENG's in-house mould shop machines multi-cavity moulds from 101×101 mm up to 300×300 mm forming area. A single HFTF-T machine can therefore run a family of cup sizes with quick mould changeovers, and rim diameters from 50–120 mm are handled by the HFJB rimming unit.

For buyers this means one line can serve multiple SKUs and seasonal products without duplicate investment.
